I know the video is a little dark. But I was messing around with the camera and wanted to share Madelyn's new trick to everyone. She can now stand on all fours. Its really cute! And Madelyn started saying "ah-ooh" thanks to Grandma Ginger.

9 Months Old
Madelyn had her 9 month checkup last week. She weighed in at 23.5 lbs and is now 29.75 in long. Her head and weight went up to the 99 percentile and her length is in the 85%. Madelyn's doctor told me that she is anemic too :( Because she is breastfeed and doesn't eat iron fortified cereal (she hates it!)... So Madelyn has a new multi-vitamin that has iron, fluoride and vitamin D. Sometimes I feel like her doctor has no idea what she's talking about. She thinks its OK to give Madelyn cow's milk. Even though like 9 out of 10 books I've read say don't offer cow's milk until after 12 months old. She told me that iron rich formula feed babies hardly get anemia. I felt like we was trying to sell me formula or something. I was like, MY milk is designed for my baby! It's the best source of nutrition for her. We'll give for her vitamins and then her iron levels will be fine. Madelyn's iron levels was a 9 point something and the doctor likes it to be a 10 and above.
On other news... Madelyn scoots around everywhere on the floor. She hasn't mastered to whole crawling thing yet. She has 4 teeth too! She has the two lower teeth. One front tooth, and one on the side next to her front tooth. It looks silly, I'm hoping her over front tooth will pop out and her smile might look more even.
I'm going to finish off my last bag of size 3 diapers and then we're going up to size 4! The picture of the size 4 diapers is always a kid standing up.. ya um I don't think so!
1st Father's Day
For Jeremy's first Father's Day we went to see the Sacramento Rivercats baseball. We wanted to sit in real seats, but they were all sold out. So we had to buy lawn tickets. It wasn't that bad, but we didn't have any blankets or chairs to sit in. To tell the truth, I didn't pay any attention to the baseball game. Part because of where we were sitting and part because Madelyn was more interesting in eating grass.
